Terms of Service

These terms are between you and Kevin Builds Brands LLC, the operator of Killer Party. References to "Killer Party," "we," "us," or "our" mean the Killer Party service operated by Kevin Builds Brands LLC.

Killer Party provides fictional digital murder mystery experiences, account access, game rooms, host tools, player phone prompts, evidence, art, audio, and related product materials.

The service is built for adult social entertainment. Game content may include fictional murder, deception, poison, alcohol references, accusation, inheritance disputes, and dark mystery themes.

You are responsible for keeping your email account secure. If we use email verification codes, anyone with access to your email may be able to access your Killer Party account.

We may pause, suspend, or revoke access for fraud, abuse, chargebacks, refunded orders, security concerns, or policy violations.

When you buy or unlock a game, you receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use that game for private personal entertainment.

You do not buy ownership of Killer Party software, stories, characters, art, audio, evidence files, layouts, scripts, product copy, or systems.

You may not resell, redistribute, publish, scrape, copy, upload, stream full paid gameplay, or make public/commercial event use of a game unless Killer Party gives written permission.

You agree not to bypass payment gates, interfere with the service, scrape or reverse engineer the app, share private access publicly, harass players, target real people, or upload infringing, illegal, or harmful material.

You are responsible for the people you invite, the device setup you use, and the way your group plays the game.

All Killer Party games are fictional entertainment. Characters, businesses, places, clues, motives, accusations, and endings are fictional unless clearly stated otherwise.

No Killer Party game is an investigation, documentary, accusation, legal claim, or factual statement about real people.

We may update, improve, remove, or change features, cases, pricing, policies, and access methods.

We do not guarantee that the service will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device, network, browser, or TV setup.

The service is provided as available and for entertainment purposes.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Killer Party is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Some states do not allow every limitation, so these limits apply only to the extent allowed by law.
