DMCA and IP Policy
How copyright, trademark, and infringement complaints are handled.
Our content
Killer Party owns or licenses its game packs, characters, stories, artwork, evidence, audio, product copy, layouts, software, and related materials unless otherwise stated.
Infringement reports
If you believe content on Killer Party infringes your rights, contact support@playkillerparty.com with the copyrighted work, the allegedly infringing material, your contact information, a good-faith statement, an accuracy statement under penalty of perjury, and your physical or electronic signature.
If user-generated content becomes a material part of the service, Killer Party should register a DMCA designated agent with the U.S. Copyright Office and publish the registered agent information.
Repeat infringers
We may remove content, restrict access, or terminate accounts that repeatedly infringe intellectual property rights.
Feedback and submissions
If you send feedback, ideas, twists, clue concepts, names, suggestions, or other submissions, you give Killer Party permission to use them without owing payment, credit, or ownership unless we sign a separate written agreement.
