Content Standards and AI Disclosure
How Killer Party handles fictional stories, AI tools, source inspiration, and content safety.
Fiction first
Killer Party games are fictional murder mystery experiences. Some stories may be inspired by broad mystery patterns, historical genres, or public-domain-style crime structures, but our characters, victims, clues, endings, artwork, and gameplay are original entertainment.
We do not market games as true crime, real investigations, solved cases, documentaries, or accusations against real people.
Hard production rules
No minors. No recent cases. No active investigations. No direct victim recreation. No real family pain as product fuel.
Cold-file inspiration must be transformed into fictional characters, fictional places, fictional timelines, fictional motives, fictional evidence, and fictional endings.
We avoid identifiable private people, real victim names, real family relationships, copied evidence chains, real crime-scene images, celebrity likenesses, trademarks, and unlicensed copyrighted material.
AI-assisted content
Some story, image, voice, clue, product, and marketing materials may be assisted or generated with AI tools.
Killer Party reviews, edits, and approves content before customer release.
We do not claim AI solves crimes, reconstructs real events, or produces historically accurate case files. AI is used to help create fictional entertainment.
Content rating
Killer Party is intended for adult social play or adult-supervised events. Product pages should disclose pack-specific themes such as fictional murder, poison, deception, alcohol references, mild dark themes, online interaction, and digital purchases.
A pack may receive stronger age guidance if it includes more intense themes.
